Axes and units

Horizontal axis: days, weeks or months selected in the filters. Vertical axis: registration count, or the sum of unambiguous positive registered amounts in AED.

How to read this chart

A taller bar means more registrations or a larger amount, depending on the selected mode. Each registration is counted once within its transaction group; it is not a count of individual apartments. Lighter bars and an asterisk mark incomplete intervals, which should not be compared directly with a full month.

Shows the median sale price per m² or sq ft for each date interval. Each eligible sale is first converted to a price per unit of transaction area, then the median is calculated.

How to read this chart

At least half of eligible sale prices are at or below the median, and at least half are at or above it. The shaded band contains the middle 50% of sale prices. A wider band indicates a greater spread of recorded prices. Check the sale sample in the tooltip or data table: changes in property mix can move the median, and this is not the return on a specific property.

Compares up to eight locations with the most registrations in the filtered selection. It shows where observed transaction activity is concentrated.

Groups sales into six transaction-amount bands, from up to AED 750,000 to above AED 10 million. This helps show which purchase budgets account for more recorded sales.
